Refund Policy
Here at Xanthies Wardrobe we strive to give you, the Customer, the best shopping experience you will ever have, however sometimes unfortunate things do happen and we will be here to make sure it is promptly rectified, we assure you of that.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply
change your mind, however you will get a refund or exchange if an item has a
problem such as being faulty. We will also issue a refund or exchange for the following -
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if
they had known about it
• it is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email - to get the address to post the returned item to and any other information needed for you to receive a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, (it is up to you to pay for the postage of the returned item ) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also then contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed with the return, eg if you would like a refund or exchange (an exchange for the identical item does depend on whether we still have stock of that item, so if we do not have it in stock and cannot get it for you we will have only one option and that is to give you a refund or you may pick something else to the same value)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (if we still have it in stock or can still get it for you), send us an email at and we will give you the address to post it to

Remember, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. For example it can take up to around 14 days for items to go from Qld to WA. It can take up to around 7 days for items to go from Qld to NSW. So we would estimate that it should take no more than 14 days for item to be posted anywhere in Australia, however it is not up to us as we are not the Postage Contractor and this is out of our capabilities.

We use Officeworks Mailman via Fastway Couriers and they are only able to post to an actual address. Postage to PO Boxes are not permitted via Fastway Couriers. If you do need something posted to a PO Box we will post it Via Australia Post however this may result in your parcel taking a few days extra.

We use Fastway Couriers as there is more scope for postage outside of normal Business hours as opposed to Australia Post.
